Ariel is a self-professed body nerd who is constantly studying human movement, and he believes that our bodies have a natural and logical way of moving that we’re all rediscovering together. Ariel first began training in the GYROTONIC® method in 2004 and it has played a central role in his movement education ever since. Additionally, he has professional training and experience as a licensed massage therapist and certified chiropractic assistant, with specialized training in injury recovery, structural bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and thai massage. Ariel’s love of movement has led him to explore a wide array of activities including different forms of dance, sports, and martial arts. GYROTONIC® is a big part of what helps him prevent and recover from injury, and he’s so happy getting to support others as they cultivate their own embodied experience.

Chantal Kerstan

She quickly fell in love, finding the focus and mind body connection both stimulating and calming at the same time. “My hope is to use pilates to help people connect their mind and bodies, building strength and most of all confidence to function in their daily lives with less pain, stress and fear of injury. Lift those groceries! Reach for that box! You CAN do it! Motion is the lotion, movement is medicine!”
