I have been going to Kinespirit for over a year, 2-3 times a week. I love my time there. The trainers have become my friends, as I see they are to most all of their customers. They are genuinely the nicest of the nice. I’ve been very physically active over my 76 years, including a brief stint in the NFL. GYROTONIC® is ideal for my aging body, and a neurological issue I am dealing with. It is perfect for my strength, flexibility and balance. Most of the trainers are past or professional dancers with deep, deep knowledge in these areas. I literally feel a smile come to my face every time I walk through their door, and years younger when I leave.

I started Pilates at Kinespirit in September of 2023 with Chantal and I cannot recommend it enough. When I started I had severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot and it was gone within two months. My energy levels have increased, I’m discovering muscles I didn’t know I had, and I’m feeling stronger every day.

I recently added GYROTONIC® with Victoria to my twice weekly Pilates to give my body an extra boost and it’s definitely helped. This really is the best workout I’ve ever done.

I was drawn to Kinespirit because I was new to the area and wanted to resume Pilates Reformer after a long hiatus. Also, I was curious about GYROTONIC®. I had a few private introductory GYROTONIC® sessions and then couldn’t wait to take an actual group class.

It has been about six months now and I can’t say enough good things about the Kinespirit studio. It is a beautiful and inspiring space. The group classes have a maximum of 4 participants, which enables a degree of personal attention not found in larger classes. The GYROTONIC® system facilitates movement in ways I have not experienced in other disciplines, including Pilates. I have taken classes with both Jessica and Muffie, both of whom are stellar, but the bulk of my experience has been with Ariel, who is a gentle perfectionist. I always leave class feeling like I just regained mastery over my body.

My posture has improved, my core is stronger, I’m much more flexible, and I’m happier after taking Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes at Kinespirit Circle. I’ve been taking Pilates with Jessica and GYROTONIC® with Clara (both former professional ballet dancers!) for a few years. They are amazing and so passionate about teaching and keeping up their own personal practice, as demonstrated by the workshops and classes they take to stay on top of the latest techniques for keeping our bodies strong at any age.
